Dec 11, 2006 路 Re: My window is stuck DOWN, won't roll up! HELP! Its engaging the pinch protection, for some reason its lost its programming. What you need to do is roll them all the way up, and hold the button up, roll them down and hold the button down, then roll them all the way up again and hold the button up again.

Jun 4, 2017 路 This is a safety function that occasionally malfunctions. The way to get it to close is to open the window all the way and then close it while continuously holding the close button. It will disengage the auto close. These are minor annoyances that I have absolutely no plan on fixing!
